I really like the textures in the clouds and the moon as well as the almost-pastel colours you used.
I also like the little heart smoke puffs you used. They remind me of a book I once read, whose name escapes me at the moment.
The lines are done very well and the animals are SO cute!
A few things I would fix would be the amount of texture in the tree and the grass. They seem a little too 'bloby'. Also, you may want to add heavier shading to the tree trunks in the background since they would have to be darker due to more shadows cast.
That also goes for the undersides of the mushrooms and the window on that big red mushroom. The shading seems a bit too light. If it was a smidge more heavy, the piece will really pop!
