I don't doodle, because 90% of the stuff I have a clean sketch of gets finalized. When I have something I'm working on, I usually get in at least a few hours per day until it's done.

I haven't actually had one for a good few years. Usually I don't draw due to a lack of motivation, not ideas *lazy bum*

Music. Good lighting. Big area to work on.

Hobby and passion. My art isn't spectacular but at least it's one of the few things that I can do better than the next average person.

Constructive criticisms, definitely. I prefer it when people can actually specify HOW something is wrong rather than a "her arm doesn't look right".
